It's Roctober and We Hope to See You at Ogawayama!

Summer is over, autumn is passing quickly, and the vegetable garden and greenhouse are finished for the season.

This morning was the first snow on Yotei san.

Time for one more trip to Ogawayama/Mizugaki to crimp, jam, and edge on Chamonix-style granite before the constant Niseko snowfall makes travel away from home a no-go until March.

From 12th to 18th October, we will be offering private rock guiding and instruction at Ogawayama. See the 15 August Ogawayama blog post for examples of the sort of rock guiding and instruction available.

The cost for a day of instruction or guiding is:

1 person ¥30,000

2 people ¥22,500

3-4 people ¥15,000 / person

For guided days of multi-pitch climbing, maximum of two people per day.

For days of climbing instruction and guided single pitch climbing, maximum of 4 people per day.
